One last trip to the Boardwalk (9/9/2011)

For the last few years around this same time, we always seem to make out last trip to the Boardwalk for the Summer season. Well, tonight was the night and to Pt. Pleasant we went!

We hit the "claw machines" and wheels with Aunt Sharon!

We rode the rides and the little girls had some firsts... Micaela went on the Moby Dick ride for the 1st time-- she started off excited, but the fear & tears took over quickly! Then, the girls rode the big Himalaya for the 1st time... loved it!


The kids played the "candy wheel" as they always did and ended up winning! They LOVE winning at this wheel. I wonder why?? :)

One last "ride" down the Shore (9/11/2010)

As they say, all good things must come to an end and tonight-- was our last trip "to the Shore" for the Summer. :( As an added "bonus", we picked Grammy up along the way and took her with us. :) The kids had a great time (as usual) on the rides & playing games.

A-scarium! (10/23/09)

What to do... what to do... what to do on a rainy October night?? Down to Pt. PLeasant we went to Jenkinson's A-scarium! They transformed the aquarium into the A-scarium for the Halloween season and it was awesome-- and SO worth it! It was dark inside with all of the fish tanks lit up, all of the staff dressed as pirates, the kids got to see all of the fish, do a few projects, etc. -- they had a blast! My Anthony was quite the handsome little pirate... AAAARRRGGGHHH!!! :) The kids got a picture with the mermaid which they loved! When I asked the kids if they wanted a pic with her, Julianan took off running toward her, hopped up on her lap, and hugged her... it was too cute!








Funny time of the night to share: When it was time for face-painting, Micaela sat down and pulled up her pant-leg instantly -- wanting her "tattoo" (as she called it) on her leg! lol... That came out of no where and it was hysterical! I am going to keep this picture for when the girls get older and decide to go off to get a tattoo... lol!

Saturday night down the shore (7/19/08)

We finally made it down to Pt. Pleasant (boardwalk) this summer! It was such a beautiful night down there... a nice change from the very warm afternoon earlier that day. I couldn't help but to stop and take a pic of the moon shining down on the ocean, so I thought I'd share... too pretty, huh?!
The kids rode on a few rides while we were there... Memon took Jules & Angelia on the carousel and Aunt Sharon took the kids on the choo choo train. Looking at the pic of Micaela watching the train go by, you'd think that train was SPEEDING by, huh??? lol... cool pic, I thought. Angelia loved the helicopters... she did pretty good "driving" it and even got it off of the ground. The triplets were not liking it too much, though, because they couldn't go on (too short)! The cried louder everytime Angelia "flew by"... poor things-- maybe next year!
