Always a party! (2/15/09)

Let the CRAZINESS begin! From beginning to end, this day was full of CRAZINESS and ENERGY!
**MORNING**
As I attempted to get ready for the triplets' third and final birthday celebration for their 3rd birthday, I had my 6 little ones (my 4 and my 2 nieces) causing their normal daily havoc. In the midst of this, 1 of the 6 decides to put her panties on her head! That's my Juliana... lol. :) She was laughing hysterically with the others laughing just as hard!

















**AFTEROON**
Let the party begin! Today, I had some of my friends over with their little ones for a "kiddie party" to celebrate the triplets' 3rd birthday and... it was definitely a KIDDIE PARTY -- we ended up having a total of 18 little ones (ages: 7 weeks old up to 6 years old) and 10 adults. Oh yeah-- it was fun! :)
Since most of them are too little for "structured" party games, we had free play and everyone did their thing! There were kids & toys everywhere, but the kids all had a great time playing together and the adults enjoyed catching up a bit.
To all of our friends who came to celebrate with us today, we thank you all for coming and for all of the awesome birthday gifts! We are very lucky to have such great friends! Love... Anthony, Juliana, & Micaela (and Mommy & Daddy, too)
























**EVENING**
Usually a bath is a nice way to unwind after a busy day, well... with the 4 little ones in the tub, that's not the case! :) Always a PARTY! Gotta love tubby time!

A triple-sized 3rd Birthday! (2/10/09)

It's official... today my babies are now 3 YEARS OLD!! OMG-- I can't believe it! Where have these last few years gone!?!? My babies are getting SO big!
The kids woke up this morning to HAPPY BIRTHDAY wishes galore and balloons to kick up the excitement a few notches 1st thing in the morning! :) Later in the day, Michael & I took the triplets, Angelia, Courtney, & Savanna to Kid Junction where they all had a blast (pics to follow in the next post), and then back home for dinner and cake!






They usually "share" 1 cake, but I wanted to make them their own for their actual birthday, so I made a Princess cake for Juliana & Micaela and attempted a "Thomas the Train" cake for Anthony (it's close, but not that close... lol... hey-- I tried!). They were thrilled and then after we sang, they remained very territorial of their cake and didn't want to share with this one and that one... oh lordy! The little things in life that cause the most grief in the little ones' lives! But overall, they had a great 3rd birthday!

To my babies: I cannot believe you are 3 years old already! In what seems like such a short time, you have grown up so fast into "little people" ... so very different from one another, but so much alike one another. All 3 of you continue to amaze me, surprise me, bring a smile to my face, and fill my life & heart with so much love, hope, & joy EVERY day. I know you all don't understand this now, but I hope the love I give you and the smile on my face tells you all that everyday. Mommy loves you so very much and I wish you all a very happy 3rd birthday! Love, Mommy

Let the celebration begin! (2/8/09)

The triplets will be 3 years old on Tuesday, so we started celebrating... already! We had a 3rd birthday party for them today... lots of family & close family friends came to celebrate with us. It was a good time and the kids were so excited & had a blast! As you can see, this year's theme (as per their own choosing) was "Thomas the Train" and Disney Princesses. :) Sticking with tradition, we sang to each of the kids individually and they got to blow out their own candle... 3 times a charm... oh-- and they blew out 1 candle together at the end for good luck or was it to wish Mommy another year of sanity with the 3 little ones on the loose?!... lol! :)

Anthony was very excited to open presents and the other 2 quickly caught on to the excitement. It was a "present frenzy" with all 3 of them opening gifts at 1x! Anthony got a fireman raincoat & boots set from Grammy which he absolutely loves and had to put it on as soon as he saw it--- and wore it until he went to bed tonight!
To all who came to celebrate with us today, thank you for coming and thank you for all of the great gifts for the little ones! :) As always, we all greatly appreciate your kindness & generosity. Love to all of you...
