FALL is in the air! (10/1/07)

We took advantage of a beautiful Fall day and took a trip to Peddler's Village (in Lahaska, PA) to check out the annual scarecrow display/contest. The kids, especially Angelia, loved checking out all of the scarecrows-- and stopping for a "photo op" with some of them. It's amazing to see the creativity used to make the scarecrows year after year!
While there, we had lunch at the Spotted Hog (restaurant). As many of you know, we do not frequent restaurants with our 4 small kids very often for obvious reasons, but I have to say-- all 4 of them were SO good!! No outbursts, very little mess on the floor, they ate well, etc. We even got compliments from people sitting around us and the wait staff about how well behaved our children are-- in addition to how cute they all were. That was so nice to hear! Another proud "Mommy moment". :)
