Holiday parties at school! (12/2010)

As expected, the kids were "partying it up" at school for the holidays!
At PreK, the triplets had their holiday party with lots of treats and then gathered for a surprise visitor--> SANTA!! Santa met with each child, each child got a special gift, and then the kids gave back to Santa by performing for him and all of the parents that came out. It was really cute & the kids did a GREAT job!

The next day, Angelia's class celebrated and again-- a great time had by all. The kids watched the Polar Express that morning, so they got to wear their robes and slippers for the occassion. My "little elves" came for the party, too... they were lovong life hanging out with the "big kids" at their party!


It was a really fun-filled 2 days with all of the school parties! :)

Angelia's (school) holiday party (12/23/09)

Angelia had her 1st "holiday" (a.k.a. Christmas) party at school today. The kids had a great time. They listened to their teacher read "'Twas the Night Before Christmas", made ornaments to take home for their tree, gave their teacher gifts from them as well as receivce gifts, and they snacked on goodies! Yes-- I made snowman cupcakes for the kids... I love how they came out... too cute, huh?! :) I love being a Room Mom! :)

Let Winter Break begin! No school for almost a week and a half! :)

Too many party pics, so had to share! Here's a quick run through of who's who & what's what:
Everyone in the pool! --- the kids had a blast ... the scene from the deck -- we took the party out back! ... Memom & her 6 little angels ... Memom & her "Julie-bug" ... Doris & Linda -- our neighbors -- Angelia loves spending time with them ... Michael & his family-- Steve (brother), Mom, Aunt Barbara & Uncle Bill ... Brandi & friend, Ann -- our kids brought us together -- 2 Moms, 10 kids-- you do the math! ... "Aunt" Stacey ... "Aunt" Sandy ... Anthony chilling out after the party.

I'm the "Picture Parent"... imagine that!? (12/20/07)

Yes-- I signed up to be the "picture parent" for Angelia's CHRISTmas party. I was the parent taking pictures of the class aduring their party... making sure I got a shot of EVERY kid. Supposedly, the pictures taken throughout the year will all come together for a year-end project-- I can't wait! :) Anyway-- the kids had a ball! They made wreaths using mini bagels, green cream cheese, & candy for decoration, they made "reindeer food" to put out on Christmas Eve, and they got to decorate their own gingerbread man-- and got to eat all of tehir goodies in the end, of course! All of these projects were firsts for Angelia... she did a great job and had fun!!
p.s. OMG-- she also made Michael and I a Christmas present! It's a tile with a Christmas tree on it made from her hand and it says, "Hand-made with love"... OMG-- my heart is melting!! :) I LOVE hand-made gifts!!
