What a BEAUTIFUL holiday weekend!
On Memorial Day, we started the (holi)day by going to the local Memorial Day parade. The kids really seemed to enjoy it. Anthony, in particular, was fascinated by the firetrucks (see my little guy in the wagon with the denim hat on). Uncle Tom-- we may have a future fireman (like you) on our hands! :)
Later that day, we made our way up the street to Linda & Ed's house (our neighbors) and joined them for a BBQ and had a good time. Juliana was instantly thrilled at the sight of "Nicholas" (their dog)... she followed him around and was so happy to be able to give him treats... she's my animal lover. The kids checked out their fish pond... it was cute watching them so fascinated by what they were seeing. And later, they had a BALL splashing around in the little pool. I think I know where we will be spending many of our summer days... at home in the little pool! :)
