Santa Claus is coming... (11/25/2011)

... to Hightstown!!! Santa Claus arrived via firetruck tonight in Hightstown during their annual parade and we were there with so many others to welcome him! :)

Santa-- we'll see you in a month from now. Between now & then, we'll TRY to be good... no promises, though! :)

Santa stopped by... our house! (12/23/2010)

You just never know who's going to drop by the Zerilli household! From random friends & family to BARNEY to the EASTER BUNNY... you just never know! Well tonight, we had yet another surprise visitor... SANTA CLAUS! Yes, the man in the red suit himself. :) We thought we heard something and when we looked out front, there he was on the front lawn! All 6 kids were here and SOOO excited! Santa came in, talked with the kids, gave them treats, and told the kids about Grammy & Memom when they were little girls (he's got a good memory! -- Grammy was hysterical watching all of this go on).

How lucky are we? What an awesome visitor, huh?? Like I tell the kids, you never kow where Santa is going to pop up! Be afraid... be very afraid (and behaved!)! **Thank you for coming, Santa!**

Storytime with Santa (12/17/2010)

Tonight at Angelia's school, we had "Storytime with Santa". The kids were so excited... they loved seeing & talking to Santa, they did crafts, they had snacks, teachers read stories... it was a fun Friday night!

I love this pic of Juliana seeing Santa! As soon as she laid eyes on him, she was so happy! She rushed right up to him -- cutting in front of everyone else -- to make sure she said hi and saw him! :)

Breakfast with Santa! (12/12/09)

Hi-ho, hi-ho! Off to breakfast with Santa we go! :)

Angelia's school hosted "Breakfast with Santa". We all enjoyed a yummy breakfast, the kids got to visit with Santa, they had face painting, and did crafts. The PTA really made this a nice event for the students and families of the school community!

Santa was here! (12/25/08)

As you can see, Santa came! :) Lots of toys and goodies for my 4 little ones. I guess the kids stayed on Santa's GOOD LIST this year. Was he keeping an eye on the correct house?? lol...
As you can see, he must have liked our Christmas cookies and Rudolph & the reindeer were nibbling one the carrot... YUM! Santa even left behind 4 kisses for the little ones! He knows they way to their hearts... sweets and toys! :)

We saw Santa! (12/19/08)

We waited & waited and finally got to go see Santa Claus!! When we arrived at the location where Santa was going to be, he wasn't there yet. Soon after we arrived, we heard Santa pull up in his (awesome) pick-up truck and in he came to the building with his big green sack upon his back. The kids were overwhelmed by the sight of Santa standing before them. Micaela reacted quickly and ran away from him in fear, while the others watched him in amazement! Knowing Micaela was scared, Santa spent some time "befriending" her and by doing this, she did warm up to him a bit. She got to shake the bells on his arm, his hat, got to see inside of his hat -- OMG, this Santa was the real deal, I'm telling you!
Later, the kids went in and Angelia & Anthony had no problems hopping up on his lap & talking to him. When he asked Angelia what she wanted for Christmas, she metnioned a few things and then said "I forget the rest" and he respoded with "I know-- Santa knows evreything" ... she smiled! :) Anthony asked for a dump truck and the girls asked for a doll baby. I am happy to say we accomplished our mission and the kids did get a pic with Santa, but I had to be in it, as well, since Micaela was scared... covering her face & sucking her thumb. As we were leaving, I asked the kids to say good-bye to Santa and Juliana ran up to him and have him a huge hug (this is one of my favortie pics!)... it was sweet.
Once we got outside, the kids checked out Santa's truck. It is an awesome truck! :)
We'll see you in a few days, Santa!
