Trick*or*Treat (10/31/2011)

It' been a LONG, fun day already, but now it's time to hit the streets to Trick-or-Treat! :) It was a great night, great weather for Trick-or-Treating. We've been very lucky to have great nights like this pretty much every year with the kids.







As always, we hit the streets with our entourage -- me, the kids, Aunt Sharon, Memom, Aunt Kelly, & Sam. We roamed all of the neighboring blocks and got a TON of candy. When we got home, we did the annual "candy dump" to check, "sample", & seperate. WOW-- that's a lot of candy!

Happy Halloween ... fun at school (10/31/2011)

**Happy Halloween!**
Halloween happens to fall on a school day this year, so... it was a fun-filled, spook-tacular day for the kiddies! They went to school, as usual, then came at lunch time to get into their costumes. 4 kids, 4 costumes (plus hair & make-up), and 4 lunches... all taken care of and back to school in 1 hour-- yay! Go Mommy, go Mommy! :) All suited up in their devil, angel, and ninja costumes, back to school we went ready for the parade!

The triplets were so excited about the school parade because this year, they finally got the chance to be in it-- instead of standing on the sidelines.




After the school parade, the kids went back to their classrooms and had a Halloween party!

Halloween Looney Tunes! (10/23/2011)

Before it closes for the Season, we made 1 last trip to Great Adventure and visitied with the Looney Tunes characters during Fright Fest! The kids got to trick-or-treat and meet & greet with some of the Looney Tunes characters-- they had a ball! :)

**Trick-or-Treat!**
We had a fun-filled Halloween! First of all, can you guys "who" we are this Halloween?? --> Angelia = a witch, Anthony - a Power Ranger, and Juliana & Micaela = bumble bees. They were all so excited about their costumes this year... they looked cute, too!
Anyway-- today, we got dressed up early, made our rounds -- stopping off to see Grammy & Aunt Doris and stopping off at my work -- then came home, got ready, and hit the pavement to trick-or-treat in our neighborhood! Aunt Kelly, Sam, Aunt Sharon, & Memom came with us this year. It was such a beuatiful night out... PERFECT Fall weather for trick-or-treating! The kids had an awesome night!






After about 2 hours of trick-or-treating, we came back to check out all of the gooidies. As you can see, we had a LOT of goodies... yum! :)

Our 1st carved pumpkin! (10/30/2010)

While at Dragonfly Farms today, we picked up a BIG pumpkin to carve tonight. This is our 1st carved pumpkin! :) As you can see, I did most of the cutting & carving (I have quite a grip on that knife in the pic, ay? lol... scary!) and the kids dug it out. When our jack-o-lantern was done, the kids couldn't wait to get it outside to light it up. It came out really cute... we did good for our 1st time!






Mr. Jack-o-Latern says: "I'm all ready to greet the trick-or-treaters tomorrow night! Happy Halloween!"

Fall at Dragonfly Farms (10/30/2010)

We visited Dragonfly Farms once again this year and once again, the kids had a great time! They ran through the hay maze, we went on a hayride, they fed the animals, and we picked out a BIG pumpkin for us to carve.





We are lovin' fall festivities ... can't ya tell? :)

A spook-tacular walk thru B-town (10/29/2010)

Recently, we have started taking night-time walks -- good idea, Aunt Sharon! Tonight, we took a walk through Bordentown (with our new flashlights in hand) and got to enjoy the town all decked-out for Halloween! We loved checking out all of the Halloween-decorated houses and displays... people here do an awesome job! Once again this year, we stopped off at the house with all of the carved pumpkins... this man does such an awesome job.. what a cool sight to see!

Halloween parade & parties! (10/29/2010)

Lots of Halloween schooltime fun today! We started off the day with a Halloween party at the triplets' preschool and then off to Angelia's school for their annual Halloween parade and party to follow. Everyone had a spook-tacular day! :)
